Arthur Colby's Farewell

I cannot believe its already here!! We are taking Colby down to Utah today!! We'll spend the night in Sandy, UT with my Aunt Janene! Then we're headed off to Provo, UT to drop him off at the door steps of the MTC (Missionary Training Center)!
Sunday, January 24 was his Idaho mission departure talk (January 10th was his Washington one). He did AMAZING!! He has such a MAGNIFICENT testimony of the gospel. He will be a great missionary! The spirit was so strong during his talk, its amazing how much he has grown these past 19 years.
After sacrament, we had a brunch over at the library. It was wonderful to hang out and talk to family that I haven't seen in awhile. It's amazing how much this young man is loved! I'm grateful (and I'm sure Colby is too) for all those that came out and supported him and all the love everyone gives him!
Colby was set apart as an Elder after the brunch. Once again the spirit was very strong in the room, and his blessing was beautiful.
If you want to keep up on how Elder Leonardson is doing, you can look up him page on Facebook. I am so proud of him and can't wait to get letters from him!! I love you little brother!

Bringing in the Year 2010!

WE had a lot of fun bringing in the New Year. On New Year's Eve we went to our church building to celebrate with my family and some friends. WE played volleyball, and many more games to entertain and keep us AWAKE until midnight! There was TONS of food as well.
I couldn't believe that BOTH Londyn and Carter were WIDE awake to bring in the New Year!!

New Year's morning Londyn was helping me practice a song that I played in Sacrament Meeting last Sunday. Bradey caught our precious moment!!

Then we went out to my mom's house for dinner with some of her side of the family! Londyn LOVED playing with her 2nd cousin Easton (whom she calls Easty!). They were so adorable together.

WE had a great time just playing games and visiting each other.

Then on the 2nd we went to the mall and played on the toys.

On Sunday a bird totally used our front window to commit suicide! Its kind of gross, but I had to share it with you all!!

Then we had a huge hawk in the tree across the road. IT was a bird day I guess.
